    Aristo Care After-Sales Support Terms and Conditions

    Aristo Care is an additional after-sales support service provided by ARISTO Watch & Jewellery (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "ARISTO") to eligible retail customers, designed to offer a more reassuring, clear, and continuous post-purchase arrangement. The actual scope, service content, and limitations of Aristo Care are subject to the receipt issued at the time of purchase, the Aristo Care Warranty Card, and these Terms and Conditions. Aristo Care is not an official brand warranty, brand-authorized repair service, or an insurance product.

    1. Eligibility

    1.1 Aristo Care applies to eligible retail watch transactions designated by Aristo and issued with a valid Aristo Care Warranty Card.
    1.2 Aristo Care may apply to eligible brand new, pre-owned, and discounted watches; however, actual applicability is subject to the receipt issued by Aristo on the date of purchase and the Aristo Care Warranty Card.
    1.3 The following transactions or goods are not included in the scope of Aristo Care unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Aristo:

  • Peer, wholesale, resale, purchasing agent, commercial procurement, or transactions concluded under special trading conditions;
  • Goods marked as not applicable to Aristo Care at the time of purchase;
  • Watches known to have repair risks, special conditions, modifications, non-original configurations, third-party processing, or that have been disassembled/repaired by unauthorized persons;
  • Transactions without an issued Aristo Care Warranty Card.
  • 1.4 The eligibility for Aristo Care is subject to Aristo's purchase records, receipts, and warranty card details.

    2. Aristo Care After-Sales Card

    2.1 Customers must present a valid Aristo Care After-Sales Card and the relevant purchase receipt to utilize Aristo Care services.
    2.2 Aristo reserves the right to refuse related services if the After-Sales Card is lost, altered, damaged, contains mismatched information, is transferred to another watch, or cannot be verified.
    2.3 Aristo Care is provided with the specific watch listed on the After-Sales Card and is only applicable to that designated watch. Aristo Care cannot be sold separately, exchanged for cash, transferred to another watch, or redeemed for other services.
    2.4 If the related watch is repurchased, consigned, exchanged, or re-enters Aristo's sales process in any other form, the original Aristo Care service will be terminated immediately, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Aristo.
    2.5 Aristo Care After-Sales Cards are divided into a "1-Year Extended Maintenance Card" and a "1-Year Free Inspection Card." The specific type issued is determined by Aristo based on the watch brand and model. Aristo retains the final decision-making authority regarding which brands and models include extended maintenance, and any updates will be made without prior notice.

    3. 1-Year Extended Maintenance Service (Applicable to the "1-Year Extended Maintenance Card")

    3.1 Service Content: The "1-Year Extended Maintenance Card" can only be used once during its validity period. It includes movement inspection and basic lubrication maintenance services performed by Aristo or its designated repair service providers. Once the service is utilized, the 1-Year Extended Maintenance Card will be collected and recorded by Aristo. Any parts replacement, consumables, in-depth repairs, refurbishing, polishing, cosmetic restoration, factory repairs, transportation, third-party repairs, or other additional costs are not included in the free service scope and must be quoted separately and confirmed by the customer before proceeding.
    3.2 Applicable Brands: The "1-Year Extended Maintenance Card" primarily applies to most Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega, Tudor, and Longines models. The actual applicable brands and models are subject to the warranty card issued by Aristo. Customers must consult the sales staff to confirm if their intended purchase is covered under the 1-year extended maintenance.
    3.3 Effective Date: If the relevant watch is still within the official brand warranty period, the Aristo Care extended maintenance service will commence from the official warranty's expiration date and last for one year. If the watch is past its official warranty period or the customer cannot provide sufficient proof of the official warranty expiration date, the Aristo Care extended maintenance service will commence from the date of purchase and last for one year.
    3.4 Factory Warranty Priority: If the watch is still under the official brand warranty, customers should prioritize consulting the official brand or its authorized service center. If a customer chooses to use Aristo Care or any third-party repair service, they must bear the risks that such a choice may have on the official brand warranty, official sealed status, or official repair eligibility.
    3.5 Unsealing and Repair Risks: If inspection or maintenance procedures require disassembling the watch case, case back, or related components, the customer understands and agrees that such procedures may affect the watch's factory warranty, factory sealed status, factory repair eligibility, or future service arrangements provided by the official brand. Before submitting the watch for Aristo Care services, the customer should determine whether they wish to retain the factory warranty or factory repair eligibility. Aristo or its designated repair service providers will handle related inspection and maintenance services with reasonable care and skill; however, Aristo shall not be liable for any wear, limitations, refusal of official services, or other consequences arising from the watch's age, structure, existing condition, past repair history, aging parts, non-original configurations, third-party modifications, or official brand policies.
    3.6 Exclusions: Aristo Care extended maintenance service does not include, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • Parts replacement and parts fees;
  • Watch cases, bracelets, clasps, crystals, crowns, pushers, gemstones, luminescence, plating, coatings, or other cosmetic components;
  • Refurbishing, polishing, cosmetic restoration, or beauty treatments;
  • Issues caused by drops, impacts, shocks, pulling, improper winding, improper adjustment, or improper use;
  • Issues caused by moisture, water ingress, magnetization, high temperatures, chemicals, cleaning agents, perfumes, or other external factors;
  • Natural wear and tear, aging, normal usage marks, or reasonable mechanical timing deviations;
  • Watches disassembled, repaired, modified, or processed by non-Aristo or non-designated repair service providers;
  • Situations that cannot be processed due to a lack of suitable parts, brand restrictions, model year, technical feasibility, or other reasonable causes.
  • 3.7 Pre-Owned Watch Condition: If the relevant watch is not a brand new item, its condition is subject to the physical state confirmed by both parties on the date of purchase, the receipt, product description, and related accessories. The provision of Aristo Care does not imply that Aristo provides additional guarantees regarding the watch's year, usage marks, existing condition, aging parts, or past usage history.
    3.8 Service Usage: Once submitted and the inspection or basic maintenance procedure is completed, it is considered that the Aristo Care extended maintenance service has been used once; even if the customer ultimately rejects additional repair quotes, this service usage will not be reset.
    3.9 Processing Time: Goods under maintenance generally require 14 to 21 working days for processing. Actual required time may be extended due to the watch's condition, maintenance difficulty, parts supply, third-party service arrangements, transportation, or other factors.
    3.10 To the maximum extent permitted by law, if severe negligence by Aristo or any third-party repair service provider results in the watch being lost or completely destroyed during custody or inspection, Aristo's maximum liability for compensation is strictly limited to the actual cost of repairing the watch, or replacing it with a pre-owned watch of the same model. Aristo absolutely assumes no liability for any indirect losses, loss of profit, secondary market premiums, or loss of sentimental value.
    3.11 Service Location: Aristo Care services must in principle be submitted and collected physically at ARISTO Hong Kong stores. Any mailing, transportation, insurance, customs clearance, or cross-border arrangements, as well as their related risks and costs, are solely borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aristo. Aristo is not liable for service delays, inability to fulfill, or watch damage caused by natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, riots, strikes, global logistics disruptions, Swiss factory policy changes, or other force majeure events beyond Aristo's reasonable control.
    3.12 Customers must retrieve their watch within 30 days of receiving Aristo's collection notice. If overdue, Aristo will charge a custody fee of HK$100 per day.
    3.13 If a customer is found to be abusing the Aristo Care service, providing false information, harassing store staff, or engaging in other inappropriate behavior, Aristo reserves the absolute right to unilaterally terminate or revoke the customer's Aristo Care service eligibility at any time without any compensation.

    4. 1-Year Free Inspection Service (Applicable to the "1-Year Free Inspection Card")

    4.1 Service Content: The "1-Year Free Inspection Card" provides customers with unlimited watch inspection services for one year. This service does not include any repairs, parts replacement, maintenance, or cleaning services. Aristo will issue this card when a watch does not fall within the scope of the "1-Year Extended Maintenance Card."
    4.2 Inspection Procedures and Risks: Aristo will prioritize professional instruments, visual inspections, and functional tests to determine watch issues. If a more in-depth inspection is required, such as disassembling the watch case, case back, or related components, Aristo will only proceed after obtaining explicit consent from the customer. The customer understands and agrees that any disassembly procedures may affect the watch's factory warranty, factory sealed status, factory repair eligibility, or future service arrangements provided by the official brand. Before agreeing to an in-depth inspection, the customer should independently verify whether they wish to retain the factory warranty or factory repair eligibility. Aristo or its designated repair service providers will handle related inspection services with reasonable care and skill; however, Aristo shall not be liable for any wear, limitations, refusal of official services, or other consequences arising from the watch's age, structure, existing condition, past repair history, aging parts, non-original configurations, third-party modifications, or official brand policies.
    4.3 Service Usage: Customers can enjoy unlimited watch inspection services within the validity period by presenting the "1-Year Free Inspection Card" and the relevant purchase receipt. After each inspection, the usage of the 1-Year Free Inspection Card will be recorded, but the card will not be collected.
    4.4 Processing Time and Location: Watch inspections generally require 7 to 10 working days for processing. Actual required time may be extended due to the watch's condition, inspection difficulty, third-party service arrangements, transportation, or other factors. Aristo Care services must in principle be physically submitted and collected at ARISTO Hong Kong stores. Any mailing, transportation, insurance, customs clearance, or cross-border arrangements, as well as their related risks and costs, are solely borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aristo.

    5. KoverNow Watch Insurance Offer Information

    5.1 Aristo Care may include watch insurance offer information, promotional codes, or referral links provided by the third-party platform KoverNow. Relevant insurance products, applications, payments, underwriting, policy management, renewals, cancellations, claims, and any insurance-related services are directly provided and handled by KoverNow and/or relevant licensed insurance institutions.
    5.2 Aristo is not a licensed insurance intermediary, insurance agent, or insurance broker, and does not provide any insurance advice, product recommendations, sales, arrangements, application assistance, policy management, or claims processing services.
    5.3 Any QR codes, flyers, promotional codes, referral links, or general information provided by Aristo staff are for the customer's personal reference and use only, and do not constitute insurance advice, solicitation, recommendation, or sales.
    5.4 Customers should independently read, understand, and assess the policy terms, coverage, exclusions, premiums, application requirements, and claim arrangements provided by KoverNow and/or the relevant licensed insurance institutions, and decide on their own whether to apply for or purchase the related insurance products.
    5.5 Any insurance offers, discounts, complimentary months, or promotional arrangements are subject to KoverNow's final confirmation, successful enrollment, and their then-current terms. An offer does not guarantee policy approval, guaranteed coverage, guaranteed premiums, or guaranteed claim success.
    5.6 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aristo assumes no liability for the terms, underwriting, claim outcomes, service quality, system operations, data processing, or any decisions made by KoverNow or any third-party insurance products. All insurance-related inquiries, complaints, or claims should be directed to KoverNow and/or the relevant licensed insurance institutions.
    5.7 Where a customer requests contact details or support information relating to KoverNow’s insurance services, Aristo will provide the customer with KoverNow’s publicly available contact information or direct the customer to KoverNow’s website or mobile application.

    6. Anti-Pro Invisible Protection DIY Kit Privilege (Hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion")

    6.1 Promotion Period
    Unless otherwise specified by ARISTO, the Promotion Period is from June 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
    6.2 Promotion Definitions
    a. "Designated Products" refers to specific brands and models of watches officially announced by ARISTO and actually sold at ARISTO Hong Kong stores during the Promotion Period (including but not limited to specific Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and Richard Mille models, specifically subject to ARISTO's store system records and latest announced lists).
    b. "Eligible Transaction" refers to a retail transaction completed and paid in full by a customer at an ARISTO Hong Kong store for a "Designated Product" during the Promotion Period. Peer, wholesale, resale, purchasing agent, commercial procurement, installment payments (unless specially approved), or transactions concluded under special trading conditions do not qualify as Eligible Transactions.
    c. "Promotional Reward" refers to one set of the Anti-Pro DIY Watch Protection Film Comprehensive Kit (the "DIY Kit").
    d. "Eligible Customer" refers to a customer who has successfully completed an "Eligible Transaction" and meets all the requirements under Section 3 of these terms.
    6.3 Conditions for Eligible Customers
    To receive the Promotional Reward and become an "Eligible Customer", the customer must:
    a. Visit an ARISTO Hong Kong store in person and complete an "Eligible Transaction" during the Promotion Period;
    b. Provide valid contact information on the day of purchase and agree to receive after-sales service-related communications;
    c. Ensure the transaction did not enjoy other discounts or offers that conflict with this Promotion (except with ARISTO's written consent);
    d. Ensure the related "Eligible Transaction" has not been canceled, refunded, or placed in dispute at the time of claiming the reward.
    6.4 Promotional Reward and Redemption Details
    a. A maximum of one "Promotional Reward" set can be granted per "Eligible Transaction." All Promotional Rewards are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. If ARISTO stores lack inventory or cannot provide a protective film suitable for a specific model, the Company is not obligated to provide a reissue or any alternative services. The complimentary DIY protective film kit must be collected at an ARISTO store on the day of purchase or within 30 days from the date of purchase; otherwise, it will be deemed automatically forfeited.
    b. The "Promotional Reward" solely includes the DIY Kit itself and strictly excludes professional installation services. If a customer wishes to utilize professional installation or custom molding services, they must pay a separate dedicated service fee directly to Anti-Pro (or its authorized representatives). ARISTO acts solely as an information referral platform and venue provider, and does not participate in any actual installation or measurement procedures.
    c. Once redeemed, the Promotional Reward cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or other merchandise.
    d. Eligible Customers are responsible for inspecting the packaging and quality of the "Promotional Reward" face-to-face upon redemption. Once leaving the store, ARISTO assumes no liability for any aspect of the Promotional Reward (including but not limited to damage or missing items).
    e. All professional installation and custom molding services are provided independently by Anti-Pro, which bears the associated responsibilities. Before accepting the service, customers must directly confirm the watch's condition with Anti-Pro and sign the relevant liability waivers. Whether the customer chooses to install the DIY Kit themselves or entrusts an Anti-Pro technician, ARISTO assumes absolutely no legal, repair, or compensatory liability for any post-installation or future removal disputes regarding the watch's exterior (including bubbles, scratches, misalignment, or adhesive residue).
    f. The "Promotional Reward" is merely an exterior protective auxiliary product. ARISTO and the manufacturer (Anti-Pro) cannot guarantee prevention against all scratches, impacts, or other damage, nor does it cover the protection of the watch's internal movement or other parts.
    6.5 Privacy and Data Protection
    a.     6.6 General Promotional Terms
    a. Final Decision Rights: In the event of any disputes, ARISTO reserves the right of final decision, which shall be absolutely binding on all participating customers.

Right to Modify: ARISTO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period, Promotional Reward content, or terminating the Promotion early, without prior notice or liability to customers. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other marketing materials related to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    c. Anti-fraud:
    If any form of fraudulent behavior by a customer is discovered or reasonably suspected (including but not limited to providing false information or malicious refunds to exploit rewards), ARISTO reserves the right to disqualify the customer and take further legal action.
    d. Disclaimer: Participating in this Promotion signifies that the customer releases ARISTO and its employees from all liabilities. ARISTO assumes no legal liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, and/or consequential losses, damages, or claims arising from participating in this Promotion, or from using or being unable to use the Promotional Reward.
    e. Third-Party Disclaimer: ARISTO is independent of the manufacturer of the Promotional Reward (Anti-Pro). Any complaints or claims regarding the product quality of the Promotional Reward should be directed to the manufacturer.
    f. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and construed in accordance with Hong Kong laws.

    7. General Terms

    7.1 Aristo Care is an additional after-sales support service with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred to another watch, or redeemed for other services unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Aristo.
    7.2 Aristo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will not affect the service rights already purchased and confirmed by customers prior to the update, unless such updates are necessary legal, operational, third-party service supply, or compliance adjustments.
    7.3 In the event of any dispute, Aristo will make a reasonable judgment based on these terms, purchase records, after-sales card details, inspection results, and actual circumstances.
    7.4 These terms do not affect any non-excludable statutory rights enjoyed by customers under applicable Hong Kong laws.
    7.5 These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and construed in accordance with Hong Kong laws.
